"I THINK you would be dumping the entire can of crushed pineapple along with the juice to the cranberry sauce/mixture. I think you would need the liquids. It says to spoon juices over the top of the pork roast. Fabulous taste served with some fresh sticky white rice or jasmine rice, I think. I would add some brown sugar baby carrots on the side as another alternative."

"Okay, I tried to offer my opinion on this once before, and it did not take. So I am going to try again. First off, any recipe that requires me to provide just five ingredients is a winner with me! There is a secret finishing touch to this dish to make it restaurant quality. That is, heat up a little bit of oil in a pan and add your shredded pork. Cook till crispy on the outside- just a few minutes. Delicious for the whole family! Thanks for sharing this."

"So this is a quiche that is low carb! There is no pastry shell. I happen to like the shell, but I could do without it for this dish. I am loving the fact that I can now make a quiche in my slow cooker! Perfect the way it is written, broccoli and cheese. It is a basic, but it really is loaded with flavor. Great for the potluck buffet table."

"This recipe sounds delicious! For my family, it is the perfect one pot no fuss-no muss dinner to please everyone. You can of course enjoy it with all the toppings you desire, on top of a big bowl of Mexican rice, if you want to leave out the extra carbs from the tortillas. I like to add black beans on mine, as well. Try it!"
