Tasty Tapioca Pudding
Tapioca pudding makes an amazing dessert. Now you can make it in your slow cooker and it only takes a half hour to 45 minutes (after the initial 2-5 hours it takes to pre-heat the milk, sugar, and tapioca pearls), fantastic!

Do you think it will matter if I use two percent milk in the recipe instead of the skim milk? We rarely buy the skim milk, and I am not sure I would use it in any other recipe before it goes bad. This dish takes me back to my childhood when my mom would make us tapioca pudding and put it in fancy dishes when we were girls and let us dress up for dinner. It was so much fun!
