This Overnight Baked French Toast Casserole is a French toast casserole that's simply irresistible, whether you're planning a regular weekend breakfast or a holiday brunch. This baked French toast casserole recipe is extra fluffy and creamy, made with eggs, heavy cream, and half and half. Chopped pecans, syrup, and cinnamon sugar make this casserole sticky-sweet. The use of French bread in this casserole is highly suggested since it makes your dish thick and doughy. This fabulous slow cooker brunch recipe will wow your guests and have them coming back for seconds and thirds.

I read through the entire recipe and thought that I could only make this in the oven. My oven doesn't like to work when I need it to, so I LIVE for my slow cooker. I am glad to see that this recipe easily adapts to the slow cooker! It is a much more involved recipe than I would normally choose to make, but for Christmas- why not? It's a special day that comes once a year. This could turn out to be a new family tradition
