Great- I can buy pre-cut stew meat at the store so that cuts my prep time even further. I basically don't have to do anything but use a can opener and throw it all in the crock! Last thirty minutes I throw in the dried or frozen tortellini. I LOVE the addition of the heavy cream- I think it brings all the flavors together nicely!

I like this twist on a beef stew. This looks so much better than just plain stew cubes with vegetables. I hope it's not too spicy. I like the idea of using tortellini to make the soup more hearty. We will love this as a Sunday dinner with some dinner rolls.

This looks delicious and filling, a meal in itself. I might substitute chili flakes for the spicy marinara, if I don't have it on hand. I'm not sure if the cream is worth the additional fat and calories. I may add low fat sour cream or yogurt, or nothing at all depending on the texture and consistency of the soup. Looks like a great recipe.
