Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Campbell's Hawaiian Pork Slow Cooker Sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 large red onion, sliced
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • 3 pounds boneless. skinless chicken thighs

Instructions

  1. Stir the sauce, coconut milk, onion, and jalapeno pepper in a 6-quart slow cooker.

  2. Add the chicken, and turn to coat with mixture.

  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours, or until the chicken is fork-tender.
