Until I seen the ingredient list, I was like there is no way this could work, but it really does. I love that you can add a veggie and a potato with this dish and have a complete meal that is hearty and fulfilling. I think you have an awesome recipe here that I can use plenty of times.

I love easy pot roast recipes. I would probably add carrots, potatoes, and onions to make this a complete meal. My family likes pot roast with a loaf of homemade bread. It's one of our favorite Sunday meals.

The words golden years caught my attention. Just when I thought our golden years were actually made of rust I found a tiny corner of hope! This recipe sounds amazing! Retiring in Florida means theres no way I will ever keep my oven on for the 4 hours my pot roast takes. Its just too hot. But being able to make a roast in the slow cooker? Good deal!

My kids have been asking me to make pot roast and this recipe could not be easier - five ingredients and two minutes prep time! I like that you don't add any potatoes or vegetables into the slow cooker because they like different side dishes. And because it makes six servings, there will be leftovers. We love leftovers. Thanks for a delicious-sounding recipe, can't wait to try it!
