I think that this Asian inspired chicken recipe would be great as a dinner main course or as a party appetizer! It is a great idea for when you are feeding a crowd, since chicken drumsticks are always quite inexpensive at the supermarket. I like them better than wings anyway since they have so much more meat on them - you're not paying for mostly bone!

This is a wonderful recipe. I made this for dinner the other night, and we all really enjoyed how good this was. I paired this with some egg fried rice. I am going to start putting this in my monthly rotation of meals. It was so quick and easy. I did use homemade chicken broth instead of the sherry, though. I believe that either way, this chicken would be delicious.
