I love that your recipe only uses three ingredients. I think my favorite part is that you say to use a good quality chocolate for the recipe. My husband is always telling me that I get what I pay for, and this is one example of that point. I know that my queso does not turn out when I use a cheap brand of cheese instead of Velveeta, so I learned my lesson the hard way. I go with premium ingredients like Ghiradelli chocolate.
