These peanut butter balls look so tasty. I can't wait to try them out. Do you have a particular chocolate that you like to use. I know most bakers use a certain kind of chocolate for these desserts. My mom always uses one brand for hers, so I never know.

I made these for the holidays. But I melted my chocolate in the microwave and I burned the first batch. It's a good thing I had more chocolate in the pantry. I have never burned microwaved chocolate. Now I realize that I should be slowly melting my chocolate in my slow cooker! It seems so much easier and less of a mess, too.

If you don't want to use add rice crispies or coconut you can simply make this recipe using 2 cups of peanut butter and 2 cups of icing sugar. The only thing I found did not work too well was all natural peanut butter, as it was too runny. If you need to thicken the mixture, you can add a bit more icing sugar.

This looks so good and I love anything with peanut butter. Will definitely be trying this recipe.

Three of my favorite things in one dessert, chocolate, coconut, and peanut butter.
