Shredded Italian Beef
"This Italian Beef Recipe is so easy and delicious. Now that we're back to school, we need dinner recipes that require zero fuss. Slow cooker recipes are always a winner in my book! Everything goes in and dinner comes out. Not to mention–the leftovers are great for lunches in sandwiches or wraps. You can serve these up however you like. The classic way to serve this Italian beef is on a hard roll with some melted provolone cheese. But it's also delicious to skip the bread and serve it on top of or alongside a salad or other vegetables. If you are watching your carbs this can still be a great recipe for you to enjoy!"
