"This Indian-style pork vindaloo recipe consists of bone-in pork shoulder pan-seared then slow cooked with plenty of fresh garlic, onion, and ginger as well as Indian-style spices such as cumin, cardamom, turmeric, cinnamon, and coriander then served over steamed basmati rice. A comforting meal that can be started in the morning and then simmer in the slow cooker all day. Serves about 6 people and takes about 8 hours to prepare from start to finish."
