Bring your barbecue indoors with this recipe for Hawaiian BBQ Pulled Chicken! It's super easy and super delicious. The chicken cooks all day with onion, pineapple, and BBQ sauce. The pineapple really gives this slow cooker pulled chicken its flavor. When the chicken has about an hour left to cook, shred it and return it to your slow cooker. This will ensure that the chicken absorbs the sauce. Serve your Hawaiian BBQ chicken on rolls with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.

Do you have a preference on the onion type you like to use in this dish? I am thinking that a vidaila or a nice red onion would go well with the flavors. I love that you use just a few simple ingredients to make this dish. I can see adding this to my busy recipe list for nights when I need something that is practically hands-free.
