Mamacatz3 I was thinking that you could add some banana peppers or jalapenos to the mix, or if you want something less spicy, maybe just some of the juice. That would give this dish more flavor, right? I think it sounds excellent the way it is, but I always add a little garlic powder or rosemary to dishes like this too.
