I will be making this dish. I love potatoes and cabbage together and this recipe sounds so easy to do. Cut up, toss with olive oil, vinegar and seasonings and just cook. All those delicious flavors cooking together. It makes for a great side dish or if you are like me who does not eat a lot of meat, a meal in itself. Thank you.

Does this dish really take a whole cluster of garlic? It doesn't turn out to be overpowering in this dish? I love garlic, but I can't say that I have ever used that much before, so I am a little hesitant. I think your dish sounds amazing and easy to make. I can see putting these on early in the afternoon and throwing a roast in the oven. I won't have to do much cooking, just a little prep.

This looks like a super easy recipe that is perfect for serving with just about any kind of meal for dinner. I can't wait to try it!
