Perfect soup for old people? Really?!! Seems to me this soup would be perfect for anyone. And it includes bacon which is an extra plus. Looks like a good recipe and I will probably make it since I love potato soup. Winter is coming, it is getting colder and a soup like this is always welcome. I like to chop vegetables so that is not a problem with me. Other than the category, this soup seems perfect.
