Circulon Elementum 5-Quart Covered Saute Pan

Circulon Elementum 5-Quart Covered Saute Pan

Reviewed by , Editor,

The Circulon Elementum 5-Quart Covered Saute Pan works well for cooking up a variety of different recipes. It is built with hard-anodized aluminum that is complemented by a supreme nonstick interior. The saute pan comes complete with a matching, tempered glass lid.

This line of cookware features an extremely durable and thoughtful build. The aluminum heats quickly and evenly to ensure your recipes come out exactly how you want them to. The signature, TOTAL® Nonstick System from Circulon truly sets this cookware apart from others. It has raised circles that keep the pan extremely nonstick, as well as metal-utensil friendly.

The pan is oven safe up to 400 degrees F. This makes it a great choice for dishes that need to be started on the stove, and finished in the oven. I especially liked using it for frittatas, chicken recipes, and baked pasta dishes.

I love the handles on the pan, as well as the lid. The long handle is easy to grab and hold thanks to the silicone coating. The addition of a helper handle makes it easier to pick up the pan, especially when it is filled with food. The same silicone-lined design makes it easy to lift the lid off the pan, even when it is coming right off a hot stove.

This is the type of pan you will reach for on a daily basis. The large size, durable build, and supreme nonstick coating make it a great addition to any kitchen!
