VitaClay Smart Organic Multi-Cooker Review

VitaClay Smart Organic Multi-Cooker Review

The VitaClay Smart Organic Multi-Cooker is a unique appliance that will make slow cooking, rice cooking, steaming, and making homemade yogurt incredibly easy.  This cooker heats up much quicker than standard slow cookers, so you don't have to keep food cooking all day. The clay insert is natural and ensures the nutrients in your food remain intact.

I was very impressed with the way my food cooked in the VitaClay Multi-Cooker. I made a chicken dish and could not have been happier with the results. The chicken actually developed a caramelized crust, unlike most chicken recipes made in the slow cooker. It was also incredibly tender and perfectly cooked.

I love that the Multi-Cooker can be used for a variety of recipes. I used it to make a slow cooker recipe, as well as to cook a batch of rice. Both operations were simple thanks to the display screen and clearly marked buttons.

The slow cooking operation is much faster than other slow cookers. I like this because you are able to achieve the same results of a slow cooker recipe, but without waiting all day for the food to cook. Once the two hour cycle is over, the food will be kept hot, and ready to eat for many hours.
