If you are on a low carbohydrate or high protein diet, this savory breakfast dish is the perfect start to your day! I know I would rather have a bowl full of this than one of those thick chalky protein shakes any day! The Canadian bacon, which is more like a ham, adds great flavor while negating the step of having to cook it first!
