Cooking MethodSlow Cooker
- 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can light cream of chicken soup
- 1 can light cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can light cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup instant brown rice
Mix the 3 cans of soup and rice in the slow cooker.
Place the chicken on top of the mixture, and then add the diced celery.
Cook for 3 hours on HIGH or 4 hours on LOW.
