All Day Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice is a simple chicken and rice slow cooker recipe. All you need is cream of chicken soup, water, carrots, rice, and chicken breasts. What could be simpler for a weeknight meal? The easy, one-pot dish doesn't take much preparation and clean-up will be easy too! Prep this tasty slow cooker chicken breast recipe, and let it cook all day. Come home to a comforting, home-cooked meal.

Cooking Vessel Size3 1/2-quart slow cooker

Ingredients

  • 2 (10-3/4-ounce) cans Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 4 large carrots, thickly sliced (about 3 cups)
  • 1 (6-ounce) package uncooked seasoned long-grain and wild rice mix
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 2 pounds)

Instructions

  1. Stir the soup, water, carrots, rice and seasoning packet in a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. Add the chicken and turn to coat.

  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
