All Day Orange Chicken

By: Campbell's Kitchen

All Day Orange Chicken is a delicious, Asian-inspired meal. Put it together in the morning and let it cook the entire day so it's ready for dinner. Teriyaki sauce and orange marmalade give this slow cooker chicken recipe a sweet and savory flavor. Chicken broth makes the chicken thighs extra moist and juicy. Serve your slow cooker orange chicken on a bed of rice or with a side of egg noodles. Top it with walnuts and extra green onions for an extra burst of flavor.

can you use a pressure cooker to do this one also ????????? (save time)

This recipe is so easy. The list of ingredients will be on my shopping list. I will add a bit of orange juice and a little rind just to add a little more "punch". Otherwise it is perfect. Imagine how the house is going to smell as it cooks. I am getting hungry already. Thanks for the recipe.

I tried the "all Day Orange Chicken" today. Very tasty and a touch of Orange flavor. I will put some grated orange rinds in next time for a stronger orange flavor.

this does sound good. I like orange and lemon chicken. I'm not sure why there are walnuts in this. I've had Chinese dishes with peanuts and with cashews, but not walnuts. Thanks aketch for the idea of some orange rind to give this a more orange flavor. I will probably make it with chicken breasts.

This looks like a tasty recipe. The walnuts are an interesting addition. I have never used them in an orange chicken recipe. I would grate 1 tablespoon of orange rind, to give this dish a more intense orange flavor. I don't always have teriyaki sauce on hand. I assume I could substitute soy sauce?

palmerpeek 8277877 - You're welcome to use brown rice, it won't affect the recipe. Thanks! Editor, AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes

I don't use white rice, Would brown be alright?
