There really is such a thing as "CANDY CHICKEN?" OMG. I think I am in heaven. I plan to use boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Do you think that will cause any problems with the candying part of the dish? I love the ingredients you chose because they sound like they will make a nice, sweet chicken coating.

Hi SissieSass, the blogger does recommend using chicken thighs rather than chicken breasts. However, if you use chicken breasts, the recipe would still turn out fine - it just won't be as tender or flavorful. - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes

I made this this week, we loved it. Will definately be having it again. I used regular rice though, it was just as good.
