With a name like Knock Your Socks Off Slow Cooker Chicken and Sausage, you know this recipe is going to awesome. This recipe puts other homemade chicken and sausage recipes to shame, and is one very easy boneless chicken recipe. Cream cheese, chicken stock, and mustard, along with simple spices, come together nicely to form the base for your creamy sauce. Just place your chicken, sausage, and onions in the slow cooker and leave them cooking all day. This a deliciously, hearty meal that will win your family over every time.

Notes

If your sauce seems thinner than pictured, you can always remove the lid from your crockpot during the last hour of cooking. Depending on crockpot size, brand, and if you are using fresh or frozen chicken, results may vary slightly.

Chicken and sausage? I have never heard of a dish that uses both meats in the same recipe. When you say grainy mustard, do you mean prepared or dry? I can't wait to cook this up because it sounds so delightful. I think that the green onions give it just the pop of color it needs to be a star!

Hi SissieSass, "grainy mustard" refers to prepared whole grain mustard. I hope that helps! - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes

This looks sooo good! I am drooling! I am definitely going to try this and serve it with riced cauliflower instead of rice. It is also the main dish I have been looking for for our fellowship meals at church. We make the main dish for everyone and then everyone brings a dish to share. This served with steamed mixed vegetables sounds perfect for kids, adults, family and church.
