This Chocolate Cobbler in the Slow Cooker is a slow cooker chocolate cake recipe that's easy to "bake" using your slow cooker. This slow cooker cake mix recipe requires ingredients you likely already have in your pantry, such as flour, cocoa, and brown sugar. Butter and milk make this slow cooker cake recipe extra moist. The cake uses two types of sugar--white and brown--which makes it extra decadent. Let the cake cook for 3 to 4 hours in the slow cooker and you'll have a delicious dessert for any occasion. These easy cake can work for Valentines Day, a potluck, or any special occasion.

This reminds me of the chocolate lava cakes that are served in individual crocks. In addition to serving with vanilla bean ice cream, how about raspberries or a compote? I love that combination- even all three. It should be enough for an entire family to enjoy for dessert.

Ok, this can't get much easier to make than this because it is all stuff that you probably have on hand anyway. I love that it uses two types of sugar to add to the flavor. I can see making this and using some vanilla ice cream on top with some hot fudge and making hot fudge cakes out of them.
