Erica's Slow Cooker Berry Cobbler is an easy slow cooker cobbler recipe that only takes two hours in the slow cooker and feeds a crowd. This easy slow cooker berry cobbler is perfect to serve at a summer get-together. Depending on the season, you can use dried berries, as well as fresh, frozen, or canned fruit. While this easy berry cobbler might taste indulgent, it's relatively healthy for a dessert! Of course, you can make this dish even more decadent by topping it with whipped cream or ice cream.

I can't say that I have ever heard of coconut sugar. What is it? Where can you find it? Can you substitute something else for it in this dish? I like that you chose berries. My husband loves this fruit, so I am happy to make a dish with his favorites. I like it too.
