Here is a part cake and part cobbler recipe to serve at your next dinner party. It is simply delicious and low calorie. If you love berries you will be over the moon for Low-Fat Slow Cooker Berry Cobbler. You put some blueberries and raspberries in your slow cooker with some sugar, flour and vanilla extract. So easy to make and you can scoop it out of the slow cooker when ready and serve in bowls. It is nicely paired with a small serving of vanilla ice cream. Smells divine and tastes even better.

Actually a fairly simple recipe that I can easily make on a regular weeknight! I could make this on the cheap. I think I could buy the frozen berries from the freezer department. I wonder if they'd get too watery in the slow cooker? I just love recipes like this. They make the whole house smell divine!
