What a delicious looking bread pudding. I love al the ingredients and together it will make such a delicious dessert. I love bread pudding to begin with and the combination of pecans and pumpkin will just add to it. Looks easy to make. I can't wait to try it.

If you are a baker or even a busy mom who likes to bake, you most likely have just about all these ingredients already in your pantry. That is, aside from the fresh ingredients like the half and half, eggs, and vanilla ice cream. What a recipe! It is impressive to be able to serve this as your dessert. And bonus points for the facet that she make this dessert in one crock pot while making her dinner in another.
