Turn your kitchen into a coffee shop with this easy recipe for Slow Cooker Peppermint Vanilla Lattes. Peppermint adds a fun, minty twist on a classic vanilla latte recipe. Oh yeah, did we mention that these cook right in the slow cooker? That’s right! You don’t need any fancy café equipment to call yourself a barista. The minty sweetness of these lattes makes them the perfect winter drinks for Christmas Day…or any other day for that matter! Try making lattes in your slow cooker and you may never want to set foot in an expensive coffee shop again.

It looks like you slaved over the stove top for a couple of hours to pull this one off, but it is unbelievably simple to throw together, even last minute for guests popping over. You can use strong fresh brewed coffee for this, or you can short cut it with espresso powder- which I think will do just fine. Yum!!
