You can't get much better than ten minute prep time, can you? I know this isn't a dump and go recipe, but for a few minutes of time, you can really prepare something extra special that the family will thank for taking the extra time to make. I love that you use the low-sodium soy sauce because we all have too much salt in our diets already.

I have a small family of 3, (and my picky 5 year old son still refuses to eat most meats) so this recipe makes quite a lot of pork for us. But no worries! The leftovers are delicious and so versatile! I enjoy it throughout the week for quick grab and go meals. It is great on top of a salad, and delicious wrapped up inside a warm flour tortilla for a quick lunch wrap at the office!

This recipe sounds delicious. I also like the fact that it uses light brown sugar and low sodium soy sauce. Pork should be cooked slow so the slo cooker is perfect for this recipe. I won't be adding any salt there will be enough in the sauces. It is another good recipe I can put over rice. Thank you for the recipe.
