Thanks for the heads up on how well this dish freezes. Our family is now down to the two of us and it is often we have to throw leftovers away. Knowing this will freeze well is a little comfort in knowing none of it will go to waste. With five ingredients less than ten minutes to prepare. Have to try this one.

Chicken and noodles is my favorite dinner! And what could be better than making it in the crockpot? The only down side to this recipe is that it cooks for 3 hours on high. Unfortunately I work during the week, so I wouldn't be able to make this except on the weekends. Has anyone tried cooking it on low for 8 hours? If so, did it come out right?

I think if you add a brick of cream cheese it would add a ton more flavor to this dish. I read the comments down below and that seems to be the complaint. I would also add the addition of fresh chopped parsley to the finished casserole. These two things should help, I would think. Oh, plus plenty of salt and pepper seasoned on the chicken breasts.

Chicken and Noodles has to be one of the all-time favorite comfort foods. Even with spring in the air, this five-ingredient chicken and noodle crock pot dish is one that I am going to try. We always have chicken in the freezer and the other ingredients on the shelf so this may be a new staple for the menu roster.

This looks like such a good thing to have on hand for when friends stop by or a freak winter storm hits and you did not have time to run to the store for supplies. It stays good in the freezer for months and is easy to heat back up and serve any number of guests. Thanks for posting.

BLAND! I used cream of chicken with herbs soup and seasoned heavily, added veggies and still bland!

I think this is a good recipe. I use cream of chicken soup in a lot of recipes. I'm anxious to try this and also think I will be able to bring to church for funeral lunches.

I agree, what a lame "recipe". Canned soup is not a sauce, it's a way to ruin other ingredients. Just YICK.

what a LAME "recipe".
