I love the surprisingly Asian flavors in these pot pies! I like to make a bunch of these up and freeze them individually for convenient no - prep meals during the busy week! Even if you don't want to do this as pies, the flavorful pork itself makes a fabulous topping for salads and pizzas, lunch wraps, and even tossed into some fried rice!

How hot and spicy does the sriracha sauce make this dish? I want a little heat, but not a lot. My kids are picky about spicy foods. I love that you use fresh juice to make the dish. I like to use as many fresh ingredients as I can. I am really happy about the butternut squash because I am trying to add more veggies into our meals.
