Chicken Tortilla Soup
"This super easy slow cooker tortilla soup is simple, wholesome, and great for meal prep. You can make each bowl unique with a variety of toppings. This recipe uses simple ingredients. Chicken, you can use thighs or breasts, some celery, onion, corn, carrots. We will also need RoTel tomatoes and green chilies, cloves, crushed red pepper flakes. To add flavor we use some cumin, chicken broth, and some salt and pepper to taste. You can also add some sour cream, shredded cheese, and tortilla chips to top it off."
