Made with tender and juicy cuts of pork shoulder, a mix of veggies, chicken broth and olive oil, this moist and flavorful stew is just what you need to make any night a cozy one.   • 1 packet Prohibition Spice Moonshiner Sausage Seasoning
  • 3 pounds pork shoulder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 potato, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth


  1. Cut pork into bite-sized cubes.

  2. Place in a large bowl, add oil and seasoning and mix until meat is evenly coated.

  3. Brown pork in a skillet over high heat for around 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

  4. Pour contents of skillet into your crock pot. Scrape up any brown bits and add to crock pot too.

  5. Add potato, onion, tomatoes, carrots and broth to crock pot and stir.

  6. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until pork is tender.
