Slow Cooker Beef And Barley Soup

"A hearty slow cooker soup made with chuck roast, barley, carrots, celery, onion, tomatoes, and garlic. Boneless beef chuck roast is first generously seasoned with salt and pepper then pan seared until well browned then slow cooked in the crock-pot with pearl barley and fresh tomatoes, onion, celery, carrots, and garlic. Start it in the morning and come home to a healthy and delicious soup that will be ready to enjoy. Perfect with some homemade crusty bread too."
