This looks so easy and delicious. I love mushrooms. In fact my son's father always tells the story the first time he came over the house, I was sitting there eating a plate of mushrooms. So this is perfect. I use my slow cooker for so many things and this will just add to the list. I live around a lot of Greek stores so I should be able to find the kelalotyre cheese. Thank for the recipe.

Delicious! I like to make stuffed mushrooms on the BBQ also, as a main dish or side dish for chicken or beef. Just make sure that you brush the mushrooms lightly with olive oil. I also like to add fresh thyme to the stuffing.#BestIdeaEver.
