I agree with you princess6860504, I don't know what Texas Trash is, either. I do like different versions of Chex Mix and I like that this recipe is made in the slow cooker. I love the addition of peanuts and cheesy crackers. This will make a wonderful year round snack.

I am not quite sure what makes this "Texas Trash" but it does sound delicious. I have not make snack mix in the slow cooker as of yet, but I have read a few recipes for it. I don't know what ingredient makes this different. Hot sauce? Anyhoo, you can't go wrong with these classic snack mixes as they've got a little bit of everything to satisfy everyone. Nom-nom!

What an interesting thing to make in the slow cooker! I love it since you can add all your favorite ingredients to it and leave out the bits that you don't like so much. You could substitute honey roasted peanuts for a sweet and salty twist. I can't wait to make this snack mix the next time we have family movie night!

I'm not able to save this recipe. I tap on the save button and than I get tap on the add button. I don't have a add button. Please help. Thank you!
