Two-Step Strawberry Jam

Two-Step Strawberry Jam is great to make after a day of strawberry picking in the summer. It's also great to make throughout the whole year as long as you have fresh strawberries. This easy strawberry jam recipe is delicious. All you need are fresh strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and pectin. If you don't have pectin on hand, you could also use an apple that has been peeled and sliced. Put all of the ingredients in your slow cooker and let them cook. After a few hours, you'll have the best strawberry jam ever.

I am always looking to save money plus make food that is more natural and home cooked. You can't do better than this recipe. I love strawberry jam and this will be great. I am sure you can cut down on the sugar as well. It does not take much prep time and I like it chunky. Thank you.

My husband is such a strawberry jam love that I found two open jars in the fridge yesterday when I cleaned it out. All I could do was shake my head. So, I am guessing this recipe would not hurt if I give it a go.

I chucked when I saw this recipe. My husband and I went and picked strawberries the other day and because we had so many, I joked that I should make some jam. I really should have, but now, they are all gone. Looks like we'll be in the field once more before the season is over.
