Five Ingredient White Bean Hummus
This image courtesy of 365daysofcrockpot.com

This Five Ingredient White Bean Hummus is delicious and creamy. Plus, this slow cooker dip recipe is a healthy, vegan alternative to most dips that are out there. It cooks all day, making it super simple. You just need white beans, garlic, olive oil, lemon, salt, and pepper to create this white bean hummus recipe. Be sure to puree it until it's completely smooth. You can serve it with pitas, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.

Sounds delicious! This white bean hummus (dip) calls for 2/3 cup dried beans that you have to cook for 8 hours, first. Now, I am wondering if we could use a couple cans of cooked beans instead? I'm wondering the dried to canned ratio... If we can use white beans canned, then this would take you five minutes to make. But it probably tastes the best starting with dried, uncooked beans.
