3-Ingredient Spicy Jalapeo Queso Dip

"This 3-Ingredient Spicy Jalapeño Queso Dip is the best queso recipe that you will ever taste! Plus, the easy cheese dip can be made in a slow cooker, in the microwave, or on the stovetop for a simple tailgate appetizer! I live in a house full of 4 football-crazy boys, and this easy queso recipe has quickly become that Game Day favorite! Serve it with chips or veggies for dipping, and all of your fans will be very happy!"

Have leftovers? Keep the dip in the refrigerator and reheat the leftovers in the microwave. It works perfectly!

I agree with princess6860504 that it doesn't really reheat well, especially in the microwave. But if you want a smaller batch you can just divide the ingredients in half and do each separately. I have made this dish originally in the microwave before with good results, but when you reheat it it gets sort of dried out and gets a "plasticky" texture. Perhaps if you add a little milk and stir frequently this could be avoided.

This jalepeno pepper, Velveeta and diced tomato dip is a classic. There really aren't many ways that you can switch it up and make it your "own" other than the option of meat or meatless. I think I prefer the meatless version. I read that it does reheat well, but for some reason I had some trouble (read it was kinda a disaster) reheating mine before a Halloween party with kids. I made it ahead of time. So, not sure what I did wrong.
