This recipe for a Slow Cooker Artichokes Made Simple is both elegant and easy to make for a party or get-together. This basic steamed artichokes recipe is simple and creative. Let the artichokes cook all day while you prep for your guests. They only take 15 minutes to prepare, and then you can let them cook. Serve these easy artichokes with melted butter and lemon juice for dipping. Your beautiful artichokes will be the highlight of the party!

For variety, during cooking, you may add thyme, rosemary, and pressed garlic to each artichoke (add to each artichoke after they ahve cooked a while and opened up some). For your dip, you can add pressed garlic to the melted butter and lemon juice.
