I've seen the recipe for a dip with Rotel and Velveeta, but I've never seen this one with more ingredients. I can tell my family will love this dip. I like to make appetizers on football Sundays, so this is on the menu for next week! I might even set out some tortillas in case someone wants to use this as a filling.

We make this dip all the time and it is so delicious. The only difference in my recipe is that I use two cans of Rotel to one pound of Velveeta, and sometimes I use ground turkey instead of ground beef. I like to use ground chuck or sirloin because it gives it an excellent flavor. For a kick, try a little Worcestershire in the meat while cooking it.
