I never thought to make chex mix this way either, but this sounds so good. My mom used to make this for us every New Years Eve to have to snack on while we waited for the big ball to drop. I love this idea. You can use this dish for a variety of parties and celebrations.

The Slow Cooker Chex Mix is in my slow cooker right now....it has finished it's time & I have sampled it....delish! As soon as it cools, it goes to our Junioer Library as a thank you to the lovely people who work there.
