I like all the ingredients in this recipe but it looks like there would not be enough sauce. I would cut the amount of chicken in half and increase the sauce. I would also use low sodium soy sauce.#BestIdeaEver.

Made this for my family and unfortunately I have to say it was one of the worse recipes I've ever made. The combination of ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar will give you more of a bar-b-que sauce instead of a cashew chicken. Now I'm trying to find a recipe to put over this concoction to fix the taste. :(

We loved this. I doubled the sauce amount and added in 1 1/2-2 c. Yoshidas Gourmet Sauce as well. I always use reduced sodium soy sauce. Extra garlic and ginger too. Put it over rice, sided with sesame soy sauce green beans I put under the broiler for few min. Great dish!
