This recipe sounds so delicious. I ate before but looking at this I am hungry again. I love stroganoff. The addition of the cream cheese really makes the difference with the sauce and the soup helps. I love mushrooms and they are a great addition with the chicken and the broccoli or another green vegetable. Easy to make and does not take long to make. Thank you for the recipe.

Good idea to add broccoli florets. What do you think about adding spinach instead? I think it would taste good and add some nice color without changing the texture.

This recipe looks like the perfect dish to cozy up to at the end of a cold winter's day. Very creamy and rich, it is great as a main course. Put it on top of some buttered egg noodles and you have yourself a complete meal. I might even add some broccoli florets to this dish, to try to sneak some extra veggies into my son, as I am sure he would eat them if they were smothered in this delicious creamy sauce. I also love that it has very little prep time, and so is great for a busy weeknight supper.
