These Country-Style Slow Cooker Pork Ribs are simply divine! Cooking pork ribs in the slow cooker is an easy way to achieve the best flavor and the most tender meat. Slow cooked ribs are a great addition to any BBQ or picnic. These country-style ribs are named as such because of the unique ingredients that make up the sauce. By combining soy sauce, crushed garlic, pineapple juice (or lemon-lime soda - your choice), and brown sugar, your pork ribs are dosed in a thick and tangy sauce unlike anything you've tasted before. These ribs will be the most tender and juicy you have ever tasted after coming out of the slow cooker!

If you were using fresh garlic, how much would you use for this recipe? Since it is just a little bit of powder garlic, I am thinking that a whole clove might be just a tad too much. I love that this recipe is simple and easy to put together. I can whip this up in no time and have it on to cook while I work on cleaning the house or getting laundry done.
