Another great pork recipe. I was just saying to friend over dinner last night that you can't go wrong with bacon and this is another example. I don't eat bacon too often but it really adds to the dish here. I can't wait to try this. Thank you for the recipe.

Pork on pork?! Sounds a little like overkill but I bet you a dollar to a donuts that this recipe is just delicious. Right now we are watching our sodium intake so I will have to place this recipe on the bottom of the list for now.

I am so looking forward to trying this slow cooker bacon garlic pork loin. I prepare a pork loin at least twice a month and I usually prepare it the same way each time. The added ingredients of bacon and garlic AND slow cooking it is a huge incentive.
