This Carolina Style Barbecue Pork is a pulled pork slow cooker recipe that cooks all day and is easy to prepare. This slow cooker pulled pork recipe is extra handy, because it breaks down the components for homemade seasoning and sauce. Top off your pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and sliced pickle for a sweet and savory sandwich that is sure to satisfy. Serve it up with baked beans, corn, collard greens or your favorite potato dish. This southern-style delight is great for any occasion or weeknight meal.

Although this recipe has several steps, it sounds so tasty that I just have to try it. Do you prefer to use yellow or dijon mustard in this recipe? I love that you went with a spice and vinegar mix instead of one or the other. The combination is exceptional.

Hi SissieSass, since the recipe just calls for dry mustard, I think you can use either kind of dry mustard. Enjoy! - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes
