Would you have thought when you started cooking that you would use an ingredient like root beer in your pork? I know I never dreamed about it because I never tried it til my thirties, but it is something I have kept in my menu ever since. The flavor is just amazing. You can't tell there is root beer in the meat, but it so juicy and tender.
