There is quite a long ingredient list for making this soup, which might make some nervous. However, much of it is pretty standard veggies and pantry staples like dried spices and canned beans. It is minestrone, so I expect it to have lots of vegetables! Any small pasta you may have works well for this - I've used regular elbow macaroni before and it was great.
