I love having dump and go soups that I can throw in the freezer and then dump in the slow cooker. This is one of those recipes. I freeze the ingredients, I do cook and cool the ground beef first, and then I just dump in the slow cooker when I want this. It's really a delicious soup. The flavors go together really well. I do omit the celery. The kids will not eat it if they can see it, so I just take it out before hand. The soup is still amazing, and isn't missing anything without it.
